What's the *second* best Virgin Mobile phone?

Greetings, all!

Hubs and daughter are set to switch over to VM when their ATT contract expires next month. Daughter is an Apple Gal, so I already know she's going to get an iPhone, but I'm wondering what DH should get.
I love my Evo 3D but see that VM doesn't carry it any more. Hubs currently has an iPhone 3, but isn't married to Apple.
Assuming that the Galaxy III is VM's best phone, what do you think number 2 would be? Pretty sure he'd like to keep the cost under $200. Am also pretty sure that he doesn't care much whether he has 3G or 4G. Basically, he uses his phone to talk and play Words With Friends. He also does a little texting, email checking/Facebooking/web browsing, but certainly isn't a power user.
What would youall recommend?

Hi, I'll give this a shot. I also have htc evo v. second best I'd say the LG Optimus F3 great battery on it from what I've seen if that matters to you.
Samsung galaxy victory is good too. The downfall to these are lack of
storage.
The samsung galaxy s2 is still good too storage is great , screen size .

Get him an LTE phone such as the victory and the f3. Sorry my Evo comrades but WiMax has fallen! (Not yet but in 1 year they'll take down the towers.)

The EVO also had bad battery if you are constantly on 3g or WiMax, signal on LTE destroys WiMax in many ways and it is going to match the 3g map soon hopefully if Sprint doesn't lie. But it should spread a lot more because of my T-Mobile bumping up the competition!
