Is the phone an HTC? What I discovered about rootPa is it is part of a security suite installed by the manufacturer to detect if the phone has been tampered with. As far as the code goes, what little there is of it, I'd say it's a sample lesson or a tutorial.

Im gonna be completely honest my boyfriend was being sneaky and talking to other girls and we agree to not do that no more and he gave me full access to his phone I keep finding these weird things on his phone cuz he's very phone Savvy you could say and I just feel like he is advanced in the sense he can hide things for me was like routing and all that stuff I don't know nothing about it so I'm just wondering

From what you posted, if that's all you found then there's nothing i can see that would indicate anything is being hidden.

I would suggest that if you're worried about your boyfriend being sneaky you spend less time looking around his phone and more time talking with him face to face ... preferably in a hot tub with a nice bottle of wine. (Unless you're not 21, then I'd suggest coffee and donuts at a church social )
