From your first post it looks like a domain that Google use for serving ads.

googlesyndication.com is just one of Google's ad services sites. On the surface that itself isn't a reason to correlate web ads with suspicions of your boyfriend's fidelity so there's probably a lot of back-story that you're leaving out.

I have found traces that lead me to believe she was advertising herself for meet up sex or regular clients and live streaming. Accounts, gift cards through cashstar and nfm. Using brightcove for live streaming her ads. Cheater gonna cheat.
She found out, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.
