Root what's up with my root please?

I have an s5 from u.s. tmobile. It updated to 5.0 about a month ago. The baseband is the 1dob1 varient. I achieved root with cf autoroot. I flashed in Phil touch recovery. Flashed a rom in. All is working well. Here's my dilemma. I have tried numerous apps such as root explorer, titanium backup, root app delete etc. With all apps when I try and Uninstall a "system" app like baby crying monitor or drop box I get the same result. It says it's Uninstalled but the app is still there. Only change is the fancy icon is gone and it now has the little android guy. Any ideas? I'd really like to free up some memory

Try browsing in your data folder, locate where the physical apk files are for them (if they still exist on it) and delete them manually? Perhaps cleaning the cache and dalvik-cache would help too.
