So, att sued everyone and now noone can do voice and data at the same time? What gives? Any way around this? I had to buy a new phone when my mower at my old one and now I lose data. I'm not going to ATT, am I just out of luck?
Sounds like your whatever it is phone and/or the carrier(Boost Mobile?) isn't using VoLTE. Lack of VoLTE support is often a reason why there's no simultaneous voice and data, i.e. make or receive a phone call and it loses internet access.

well. sprint does not use VoLTE, so, no, i don't have it. I did with my old phone, and apparently my wife doesn't need it as she has never complained. this was pretty disappointing.
