What's with this Wireless Update thingy?

I just bought a new BLU smartphone few weeks ago

About a week after purchase, I began seeing this "Wireless Update" thing, popping up all by itself, and trying to download.

Naturally, I let it proceed. It downloads fine, but each time I click "INSTALL", I get the error :

"Unzip Error"

I tried contacting BLU support, and they said to open the Wireless Update App, and clear both data and cache.

However, upon reading/researching several online forums, it seems that this so-called wireless update may not be what it seems: many have claimed that it installs some kind of virus/malware onto one's BLU device.

For now, I have disabled all notifications for this app, and also disabled auto-updates.

So, is this app-update legit? Or is it a trojan virus?

I have the same problem n my whatsapp have a problem too,the messages did not send

You should take @lunatic59's advice and start a new thread, since the problem you're having is not related to this thread's issue.

If WhatsApp, youtube and messaging don't work then the issue might either be your account or your data connection.
