What's your favorite method for working on .DOC's on your home server remotely?

I would primarily be using this to access/edit various office files stored on a Windows 2003 Server. Does anybody do anything similar to this?
 
Thanks, is there a way so that the directory can be accessed directly through 'Documents To Go' without having to pull the files off of the FTP first and work on them locally?
