Whatsapp Group Message

hello
i m sending message in whatsapp group(more than 1000 groups) everyday for Degital Marketing
i have to select group everytime manually then need to send message
is there any app or way available where i dont have to select this group everytime,,,, just need to select once all group and can send message in one click to all group

You can try whatsapp auto reply app for the same as they can respond with huge amount of time saved. Also some app with auto respond app you can do it.
