whatsapp not working on mobile internet

I have got samsung tab 2 P3100 . I have downloaded whatsapp. It works on wifi but it does not work on monile internet. will someone help me please

Hi RVB and welcome to Android Forums. I'm not familiar with that app so I'm not much help. I do have a couple of places you should check for some assistance. The first is the discussion area for your Tab 2 and the second is the area where we discuss Android apps. Between the two you should find what you need do to make the app work on the net.
