WhatsApp problem !

Hi everyone, i'm having a quit unconfortable problem with whatsapp.
I can't send / download image, send audio.
I'm not an expert but in my opnion, somehow whatsapp can't use the stuffs on my phone (camera, mic, or gallery)
I dunno the cause of this problem.
I attached an image i hope you can understand the message.. but it says :
"Download Failed , Download not completed please try again later"
It's not a connection problem because i can send messages.

Maybe you are trying to download the files to some location that is full and has no space. Otherwise have you tried shut off manually the app and erase the cache? From Settings go to WhatsApp and manually close it. (Impostazioni - Generale - Gestione applicazioni - WhatsApp - Arresto forzato e svuota cache).
