Sorry, this is such a stupid and simple question, but I can't find the answer anywhere.
I have a ZTE Blade III + Whatsapp. I have just under 2GB of internal storage / phone memory, but no SD card. On Whatsapp, I can't set a profile picture / save chat backups / email conversations / download images sent to me. I get various errors, mostly hinting at a lack of SD card or failure to load image data.
So question: Is an SD card mandatory for using Whatsapp, or do I just have a setting wrong somewhere? Can't I use my internal memory to upload and download photos / back up chats?
