after i formated my system , installed fresh copy of windows , i installed bluestacks again , but after i login , all my whatsapp chat is gone ! even i synchronized my data with my google account on bluestacks before formatting , so is there any to restore my chat ? i know that this time i installed bluestacks pro instead of split installer, does that make any imapct ?

pleases also tell me how to backup my whatsapp data in case i format again !

i just dont get it !! i thought it is like skype or hotmail and yahoo messenger !!!! how can i loose chat , i didnt actually receive or see ! someone just sent some damn messages , but i formatted my pc before i get to see them ! and now they r gone ! how the ***** is that possible ! this is so frustrating -_-

Unfortunately, you may have lost all the text messages, pictures and videos that WhatsApp usually stores on the SD Card / hard disk drive. I don't think WhatsApp keeps a backup of each user's personal data in their cloud.

Hey buddy, first get BlueStacks installed and then try installing WhatsApp, at last find out files it saved in C Drive and copy the backup from there. This was the tedious process.
Now simple process is that try using WhatsApp for PC without BlueStacks i.e. via Andy emulator. I've written complete process and review over my blog.
