Help When dictating a message, why does it announce saving to (e-mail)

First day of using this new A20 after a long time using S5.

In the past few weeks BOTH the S5 and A20 announce "saving to (e-mail addy)" as I dictate a text message. Why does it indicate this "saving"? It does NOT appear in my e-mail.
