when i call on viber my phone doesn't ring

when i first downloaded it ring when i call on viber, now is not ringing on outgoing call.

There are many possible reasons it might not ring inbound, but outbound? Are you sure you Viber Out account hasn't been deactivated?

Having the same issue here. and viber out sometimes rings on the first outbound attempt but subsequent attempts it wont ring until I hang up the call, and then it starts ringing, but there is no option to end the call other than a forced shutdown. on Viber free and also Video call it is the same issue, although I verified that the video call can be answered. Ive got nearly $20 on my viber out account, with auto replenish. I've cleared the cache, uninstalled and reinstalled the application now 4 times. still no ringing on outgoing calls, and I have to manually kill in application manager on Viber out calls. Should I create a new post?
