When is a negative review slanderous?

I find this article slightly worrying - a video game developer taking legal action over a negative review.
Now I don't know what was said, or to what degree it could be deemed slanderous/libellous, but it's a bit concerning that what you say in a product review could potentially land you in legal trouble.

haha! When will I learn. Could be another example of a sensationalist and incomplete media report. If you go to the Digital Homicide website, it states that they are pursuing individuals who've made consistently hostile comments on a personal level, at other users, and give examples of such comments.

Who do you believe?!
