How come if I get more than one text I cannot read them . I see them but cannot scroll down to read the enter text. Works fine when only one text arrives

Do the notifications get stacked? When stacked you can usually click on one to open it individually, or click plus to see more.

The one that comes with the Samsung S3. They stack but cannot expand them. I can see the 2 senders and the first word or two but I cannot expand them individually to see the whole text
