Root When trying to open PDF on chrome, it opens an HTML code instead

If I try the same link in Firefox browser it downloads and asks me which program I whould like to open the file with.

I tried to clear the defaults and nothing changes
Eny ideas?

Browsers don't read pdf files, they use plugins or external pdf readers to read them. Evidently you have no pdf plugin or pdf reader app.

But I do have and it opens when I use other browser. It downloads the file and ask how to open
