Root When trying to update to v10j via OTA, it keeps saying error. Removed root, too.

I am trying to update to the latest version so I can root and install TWRP for now, but for some reason it still gives me errors when I try to update. It's the Android guy with the ERROR! whenever I update. How do I fix this? I've removed all signs of root, even through system. I also just did a factory reset and it STILL did this.
 
When you rooted, did you delete anything? Usually the way update files are set up is the updater script will abort if anything at all is changed.
