When Walking, Jogging, or Running...

Like many, I suppose, I use my phone as an audio player while outside with a bluetooth headset. I have the phone in my pocket. However, it seems very easy for the side buttons to be pressed, even when the phone is locked. What do you all do for this? I have tried a couple things, and did find a "solution", but it's not one that I like, and would appreciate hearing thoughts from others.

Really? Though I don't jog, I've listened to music on the move but always thought the volume rocker required quite firm pressure. Say, if you use a lock screen app, it won't let you adjust volume while the screen is locked (volume rocker instead wakes the phone up). Have you tried that?

I have not tried a third-party lock app, but the buttons still work with the default lock screen. Which app would you suggest?
