My tablet has Android Marshmallow. I'm trying to figure out what the end of life would be on the tablet. I want to know how long it will receive security updates. I googled Android end of life and some other combinations but I couldn't figure it out. Is there a table somewhere that tells how long Google releases security updates for each particular version of its OS? Thanks

Probably once Oreo reaches over 35% saturation. My Nougat device got a security update last month. What's Marshmallows adoption rate reading now.
It does however depend on the manufacturer as well. If they decide that it's no longer worth the effort for them to release updates for that tablet before Google drop support for Marshmallow then you will stop getting updates.

I found an android developer pie chart that shows marshmallow is the most popular, currently, at 28%. I guess I will get updates for a while. I will contact the manufacturer and ask them and let you know what they say. Thanks
