Help Where are apps stored

I've ordered a i5700 which comes with a 1Gb microSD. I've read somewhere that when you download and install apps they are automatically installed on the phone memory (which is less than 200mb I think). Is it possible, without hacking the phone, to get apps to install and run from microSD? I dont really want to have to void the warrenty within 5 minutes of getting the phone trying to get this to work so I'm hoping there is a configuration setting somewhere.

If the answer is "no you have to run them from phone memory", how many apps am I likely to be able to install?

Thank you.

Unfortuantly for security reasons, applications can only be installed on the internal memory. There are several ways of getting apps on an SD Card, but I suspect it will void the warranty(I have done it, but I'm not worried about the warranty).

There is no way without hacking, so to answer your question, no sorry. However since most applications are 1-5mb you should be able to fit anywhere from 50-100 additional applications, but that's just an estimate.
