where are "bookmarks" after they become a bookmarks?

Where do "bookmarked" items go once they have been bookmarked? I have a thrive tablet

Bookmarks have several options for storage. When you save them, you have the option of saving them under your email (i.e., guest@gmail.com) and they are synced to Google for use anywhere you log into Google, such as a Chrome browser.

You can also save them to Local, which is just the storage on the phone.

In either case, you can access them by selecting the Bookmark icon in your browser app.
