Where are the accounts 4.4.4

I have a Rooted GNEX with paronoidandroid4.4.4 toro. Where is the setting to make user account? I cant find a lot of settings but that is the one I am most concerned with!

Unless paranoidandroid did something bizarre with their ROM, it should be right under settings.

I know this, where are the accounts to have multiple users on one phone like any other PC os. Like admin, gust, work accounts. Like the following Linux feature....

Oh, you mean multiple user profiles. From what I understand that is only available on tablets, not phones. There are ways to "enable" it but it involves editing your build.prop which can be a little dangerous.
