Where are the "Profiles" settings

When I hit the menu button and tap "profiles" it let's me choose Home, Work, or Weekend, and it let's me rename them, but I can't seem to find how to set the settings for each.

Maybe not related, I tried several different profile apps and none really worked out and have all been deleted but my Droid X is no longer automatically syncing.
