Help where are the round spinning icons?

I have updated my Razr Maxx (UK version) to ICS (4.04) and reset the phone (non rooted) and all is working well. But on most pictures of ICS on a razr maxx it shows those circle icons that you can spin to show different things. On my phone after the update I have only the normal icons I had before.
How do I get these spinning disc icons on my phone as I like the idea.
 
I don't have any links to show but remember seeing them on adverts and on one site which I cannot remember. I think they wre called interactive icons as you could flick them over to see other things to open.
I may be mistaking them for something on Jelly bean but don't think so.

Ok you told you have a razr maxx but that directs to razr M...anyway i shall get back to you once that page loads, the net connection of mine is super slow :-/

I do have a Maxx but my question was how can I get the circle icons shown on the Razr M that is supposed to have ICS as I have. Or are there many different versions of ICS on Motorola.

there are several widgets with which you can get chrome rings :)

do they have the feature of being able to be flipped to show another link on other side? These round Icons contain more than one icon action to save screen space which is why I like them can combine all your icons to it and just flip it to get to the one you want .
One that site I only saw one round widget and it was a clock only as most seem to be clocks or weather widgets.

Me thinks it only to be found on the Razr M or Razr i phones as maybe it something Motorola added themselves.
 
when it comes to android there is no such thing as this can only be found on this device (if not for the hardware restrictions of course), with time all get to have everything, in one name or the other. one of the reasons i love android and am sure the feature you want is somewhere there ... you just have to look well
 
Pity really as would like to have it on my Maxx. Have googled many times but only get directed to widget sites that do not have the same functionality as the ones on the Razr M
 
it does not matter what razr you have, it only matters what build you have...as in ICS or GB or what not...even that does not matter in a few apps...
and install apps from play store and do not go to other sites where you download .apk files...piracy is prohibited in this forum (and all other places too)

2. go to forums
3. Search ur device
4. go to themes and applications
5. click on this one - Razr M Launcher,Circle Widgets , Notification Count, and few stock app on Raz

Does my phone have to be rooted? As I do not want to root my phone as working very well as is and would sooner not have the icons than risk messing up my phone. Although I do know all changes are a risk but want low risk.
