Help Where does Prankdial store files?

If they are stored as app data, in the /data/data area, which you need root to access (and are likely to be in a database anyway).
Otherwise, a folder on your SD card ("internal" or removable), but as I don't have the app I can't tell you whether it does or if so what it would be called. Make sure your file explorer is set to show "hidden" folders, i.e. those whose name starts with a ".", in case it's using one of those.
