Help Where/How to put an app from my Computer to my Razr

have NO idea where most anything goes on this silly phone. Apps included.
The maker of "Send to Car" asked me to put it on my phone to see if it will work with my Ford Sync system. Google removed their maps yesterday.
The app is on my computer. I need to know where to put it on my phone.

You can click on the .apk file on the email from your phone and install it that way.

Alternatively, drag and drop it (through the USB cable) to your phone and find it using the My Files app (or similar file explorer) and click on it to install.

Email it,save apk file then locate file using astro file manager, in downloads.
