I check the app from time to time... not a lot there. Hope the coming changes improve things!

I have not found the app useful, so took it off the phone.
as for the Note 4, most of us have learned our way around it and have settled down to just daily use.
I found the same exact symptoms on every phone I have owned, a flurry of activity for the first year while I, or someone else is kornfuzed and needs help getting back to land from the middle of the cornfield.
It is just typical forum nature, regardless of the subject.....

I think one of the busiest forums at the moment is not surprisingly the Note 7 forum, I posted suggesting that if Samsung hadn't been so stupid as moving to a non removable battery all this debacle would have cost them is new batteries and not new phones, but unfortunately some members , who obviously were stupid enough to buy a phone with that limit on it, were very vociferous in there defence of buying the phone. Phil
Is that because of the limited activity in the app right now? I think you'll be pleasantly surprised when we make a few of these key changes/adjustments. Right now the forums and the app don't play as nicely as we would like, but pretty soon things are going to be running on all cylinders.

I just thought that all Samsung users were afraid to charge their phones and so were offline 
Seriously though, I have been wondering when the Note 4 forum would start to quiet down. Most phones these days have a two year lifespan, which is kind of ridiculous if you think about it, but since cell phone contacts run for two years...
Now, you'd have to wrestle this phone out of my cold dead hands, but that's just me.
