Where is kitkat???

I have a Galaxy Note 3 SM-N900V from Verizon still sitting on 4.3? Also have a S4 mini and a LG Optimus G PRO. All sitting on sub KITKAT versions of Android. Is there a reliable list of phones anywhere that tells which will get KITKAT and when? I am So sorry but patients has never been one of my strong points.

Could depend on carrier and not just the manufacturer, like if you have a phone that's been customised and supplied by a carrier, e.g. Verizon, it can take longer.

Really Google Nexus devices get any OS updates first, because they're coming directly from Google, and not having to be prepared by manufacturers and approved by carriers.
