Help where is my contact list for send emails

Can anyone help???? Cause T-Mobile has no idea they are reading from a manual!

When I recieve an email and I want to forward it to people I hit the menu button and click on the forward tab, How do I bring up my contact list of email addresses?? I can't possibly remember all my email addresses to type into the field! there has to be a way to bring you email contacts up so all you have to do is click them in.

Please help a girl out with some info! Please Im going CRAZY!!! LOL

I don't believe there is a way to do that. You have to start typing and then it will give a list based on what you type. It sux, though maybe they will have a patch.
