Where is personal information, such as passwords, stored?

Phone: Samsung S3 mini
My phone's gone dead on me. I'll be taking it to the shop but the question is will the technician be able to access my personal information such as passwords?

Welcome to Android Forums.

I believe that passwords are stored in A SQL Lite database, so it may be possible to access them. I would only take my device to a reputable establishment that I trust. Remember that once they have physical access to the device you do not truly own your information, they do.
