I was curious is anyone knows of an app similar to the Where I've Been app on Facebook. I am looking for something that I could plot locations I have visited on a map, and write about the different places I visited while there.

Oh my HTC Hero there is an app called Footprints. You can take a picture and have your location recorded on a map, and I believe you can write a note about where you are at. Not sure if that exactly is what you need. Also not sure if it is on your Eris, but thought I'd throw it out there.....

You could also try My Tracks. Found that on the featured apps part of Marketplace. Tracks distance, time, elevation and a load of other stuff. Not tried it myself so can't vouch for how good it is.

MyTracks works great for me... Before I head out motorcycling, I turn on the app, head out and never have to wonder "that was a great route, I wonder where I just was"
