Where should I buy an old Galaxy Note outright?

I would like to use an old Galaxy Note (due to it's large size) only to display torque obdII gauges mounted to the windshield of my car. My current phone (LG V20, Sprint network) will act as a hot spot for connectivity via blue-tooth to the unit which plugs into the obdII. I don't plan on activating the Note and I have unlimited data. I need the extra stand alone screen b/c my regular phone will be used at the same time to mirror Waze on my radio. Since I only need blue-tooth the latest software is not necessary. Where should I buy the note? Do you agree with my plan or is there a better way to do this? Thanks for the help.

I bought an adapter which plugs into the obdII and with the torque app you can read all of the sensors in the car. Thank you for the interest. The note can locate the adapter blue-tooth.

Here is one;

ah ok, I gotcha now :)
I also use the torque app with a similar adapter:

Now, as far as buying a note....I may have one sitting in a drawer. I think it's the Note 2 or 3.
You are more than willing to have it if you want it. As long as the shipping is in the U.S. and doesn't cost me an arm and a leg :D

Yup. I just fired it up and it is a Note 2. It's a verizon variant, white in color, screen is nice, normal use (it has been replaced) but all works.
No charger or anything, just the phone.

Shoot me a message with your address or email or both and I'll hook you up with it :)
