Where to buy an unlocked international version from?

I'm in the US, and I've never bought anything from overseas, so I'm a little unsure as to who I should go through to purchase the international version? And , just to me certain, the GT-I9300 will work with ANY GSM carrier(AT&T/T-Mobile, any of their MVNO's(Straighttalk, boost))?

Telecom New Zealand.

That's where I got mine and I did a lotion research and it should definitely work on at&t.

Why not buy from Amazon.com? They have several vendors to chose from, and you shouldn't have to worry about "shipping to the US". Newegg.com is also a reputable vendor.

Better yet, buy the one offered by T-Mobile USA, as I believe that is the only version to support both AT&T and T-Mo HSPA bands.
