Where to buy OEM HTC Incredible wall charger?

I'd like to buy an extra wall charger like the one that came with my Incredible -- the charger with the removable USB cable.

I've looked on eBay and Amazon, but see lots of complaints that "OEM" chargers being sold are really not OEM.

Any suggestions on where to look?

I guess $20 isn't too bad for the charger, but they want another $15 for the USB cable. Is it real important to get an HTC cable, or can I look for a cheaper one?

And will any of the third-party chargers work as well as the HTC?

The HTC chargers are coded in their USB sockets for to double the charging current for fast charging.
Some third-party-chargers do that too, but which of them?
If you don't mind double times for charging you could try a third-party

For a cable you could try a non-HTC,
I like Nokia's
