Where to place MP4 file?

I have several Movies in iPod MP4 format on my Computer. Can I copy these to my Captivate phone and watch them? If so what Directory to I copy them to?

Yes.

Anywhere on the card is fine, but most people put them into Media/Videos.

sitlet's info did the trick. I had already created a "Media" folder on my phone for Ringtones. I just created a sub folder in "Media" and labeled it "Video", then copied and pasted my MP4 movies there. When I started the "Video app" on the phone it lists the Movies and placed there and they played Great.
