Where you set Region on Yahoo Mail?

I have been trying to set my yahoo email to pop. All the posts indicate going to "Account info" , then to language setting, then selecting region. There is no option for region on my yahoo. Only languages. People seem to be able to see and set up Asia as region to get free pop.

I am not sure on this one, I am not finding a region setting either. You could try posting the question over here Android Lounge - Android Forums to see if there is someone who has a little more knowledge on your situation.
