Help Where's my memory gone?????

Upgraded to 6.0 after a few "problems" and find that when I check the phone's storage in Settings I only have a total of 12.55 GB.

I bought the phone as a 32 GB model and up until the upgrade the phone had 25 GB memory on Lollipop.

So how have I ended up with what looks like a 16 GB phone after the upgrade.

Can anyone enlighten me?

Just factory reset. It should get it right. This is a common problem on the Nexus 5 as the same image is used for both the 16GB model and the 32 GB model and it seems to default to the 16GB version. I think one time I had to factory reset twice to get it right, but it should work after one.

Factory reset should be done anyway after a big update to the os.

I would have reset, but i have a shiny new 6p arriving soon!
