Root Where's teh stock recovery file?

Hi,
in all my shennanigins, I seem not to have a recovery now... Has anyone a link to the standard OSF recovery file and also where would I put it please?

ah its still not working. the links are for the full ROMs but it seemed my recovery was missing.
Re-installed ROM Manager/Clockwork Mod and dwongraded the recovery to 3.0.1.4 but boot to recovery only gets to the android man and no further.. If i can't get recovery to work, how can I update the ROM?
Getting frustrated with phone now! Especailly when CWM says "use wi-fi for more scure downloads" - if only I could!!

Does your phone boot normally and if not using CWM you can still do everything?

Then remove it and try downgrading back one more CWM version to 3.0.0.5
