Which 7" tablet is best for me???

I am an industrial electrician. I am looking for a 7"er to keep notes on in spread sheet form. I would also like to have a camera built in to take quick pics of stuff before I tear it apart. WiFi is needed to access venders web sites. I am also cheap so would like to keep the price under $100.

What are my options??

Thanks.

Not to sound like a total moron but, the link you just gave we leads to a tablet with the Telechips TCC8902 processor 256 ram and 2 gb hard drive and supports TF up to 32mb.
HAIPAD MID701 Android 2.1 Tablet 7.0 Inch Touch Screen Telechips TCC8902 256M RAM with Wi-Fi/ Webcam
I hear good things about the Telechip cpu.
I have never owned a fancy mobile phone or any touchpad device so do not have any preconceived expectations. All I really need is a spread sheet and low quality cam. Would the above link be ok for a low tech guy like me that only needs spread sheets and word processing, no fancy games or youtube videos? Or are these so crappy that they could not even handle that?

I had an opportunity to use a pre-production Viewsonic ViewPad 7 this week. Its a very nice unit which I will most probably be purchasing as they are released. I was rather focused on a Samsung Tab, yet this ViewPad 7 has a nicer display with colors that are not only brilliant, but not overly saturated or washed out looking as some did on a few web sites I visited with both tablets. Here's a link:

Cheers...

i would say spend the extra money if you can...3 major things you are probably gonna need in the field is functionality, durability, and battery life. i don't think you can find those things for cheap. im just sayin if you can find a way to come up with the xtra do it. tax write off anyways no?

Thanks for the input guys, ya, the battery life is a biggy for my situation.
I decided to go with the Witstech A81E+. It has a replaceable battery. It runs on the CORTEX A8 processor. No web cam no frills except dual boot, android and WinCE.
Another big factor was being able to buy from a reputable dealer. Some people suggested a couple of dealers and after reading up on them I decided that ebay or a Chinese outlet was not the place to purchase one of these. All in all I want to thank this forum for keeping from buying a piece of crap off of ebay and directing me toward a good unit from someone that will back it.

nice nice. once you get it you'll have to let everyone know how it works out for the people looking for something similar.
