Which App did I use???

Please help me with my failed memory.

Several weeks ago, I used something to create a shortcut to Spare Parts on my pull-down Notification Panel.

Now I would like to remove this shortcut but can't figure out how. I don't remember what app I used to create it.

I hope some of you can suggest apps that can create this type of shortcut (and delete it once created). It shows at the top of the panel under the heading"Ongoing" with the normal notifications in the next section down.

It wasn't Bar Control as I just downloaded it and tried using it to remove the shortcut. It won't do it. I can use it to create a 2nd shortcut and delete that one but not the original.

Any suggestions?

No, I haven't had Quick Settings installed.

The only apps that I have installed that I think might have something like that capability are these:

Astro
Spare Parts
ES File Explorer
System Panel

I've gone thru each of them several times looking for a way to create or delete this type of shortcut but I can't find a way.

System Panel sounds like the most probable culprit. Could try uninstalling?
