Which app for cheapest movies

What app or marketplace out there has the best place for buying and/or renting movies?

And is it possible to buy a movie for my pc and then transfer it to my mobile?

I think Android's 'Market' app offers pretty cheap rentals, if theyre old movies or a promo they can be 99c. They are viewed thru the Google Movies app. Amazon Instant Videos offers a good selection with cheap oldies but youll need a flash enablrd browser like Dolphin to view the movies once purchased or rented.

You can convert most not digitally rights managed videos for android viewing using programs like Handbrake. Drm vids thru Google or Amazon cant be converted, but both are viewable thru pc via software and Android
