Which app is serving me ads?

Hi,

I am getting annoying ads in the notification bar as a little star and an ad in the notification dropdown. How can I find out which app is causing thse ads, or do I have to uninstall one at a time until I find the one serving them? My phone is rooted so I can look inside apks if there's something there that can tell me which one serves ads.

Give "Addons Detector" and/or "Air Push Detector" A try. They should help you pin it down.

Good call. I've also seen reports of some shady live wallpapers pushing ads too.
