Which app provides the quickest way to toggle wifi?

I have an app on my iPad that lets me assign different actions to buttons and gestures. I have it set up to toggle wifi when I swipe the notification bar from left to right.

I've tried several methods on the Android but haven't found one yet that is as quick as a swipe.

The power control widget will let you toggle with a tap.

Thanks for the suggestions but I'm hoping for a solution that works anywhere, from any desktop or within an app.
