Help Which battery saver app to use?

Hello
I'm a fellow android user, and I need some questions answered from more experienced people than myself.
I've got a IkiMobile KF5 Bless device with 3000 mAh.
But, It does drain some battery, I think it could last more, so I purchased the DU Battery saver Pro app, only to later find out that it has not been updated since 2015, tried to ask for a refund, to no avail, It was too late.

I tried using free ones, but I hate that it has ads all over the place in them, so now, my final question is,
Is there any paid battery saving app that has constant updates nowadays? If not, which free one do you recommend?

Thank you for your time.

You could install a free battery monitor like GSam Battery Monitor. That won't alter how your phone works, but it will give you more information than the phone menu about what is using the power, and that may help you reduce the drain.

I say "may" because if you are in a poor coverage area, or just have inefficient hardware, nothing much will help with that.

Monitoring is a sure thing. You learn your habits and can modify them. Battery savers don't work. Remember that hardware patch thing you'd put on the back of your phone? Didn't work for flip phones, Nevermind Androids.

No matter how big the batteries get I think that we will always be "paranoid" about making them last longer, myself included. I think it's just part of the game for now until someone markets a nuclear powered phone but then someone else will probably say that it's unsafe for some reason!!! Lmao!

None. All of them are useless. You dont even need a battery monitor. You already have one in settings -> battery and power saving -> battery usage. It tells you exactly how much power is used by each app/screen/system.
