Which consulting firms pay the best?

Does anybody know which IT consulting firm pays its consultants the most? What percentage of bill rate do they pay?

Not that I know the answer, but what sort of consulting? "IT" is a very broad industry

self employeed consulting I know people getting $300+ hr

and often doing no more then nodding.

Great info. That pay would be awesome. Sometimes it's tough to get on direct with the big clients (in terms of higher insurance premiums...). Looking for strong consulting companies that can help me get on projects with big clients and can still pay well.
