Apologies if this has been asked before, I tried searching a few terms but couldn't arrive at a definite answer.
When I add a calendar event, I have the options of using accounts My Calendar, PC Sync or my gmail address. When I add contacts I can add as Google, SIM or phone.
Does this mean if i don't choose my gmail address / Google, it won't be synced to my gmail account? If I choose my gmail address / Google and it does get synced, how long does that take?
Like I said, sorry if this has been asked. I'm 5 days into my first Android phone (HTC Desire)
