I bet a lot of African Countries have mandatory military service.
Though how you could service a 12 and under enemy eludes me. I'd do it. I'm patriotic...
But kids? Hard to think of them as enemies until bullets fly.
Good thing Africa is bigger than the maps show. They've got room to fight.
