Which do u recommend?

Not sure what you mean by controller? A control pad for playing games with?

Or some sort of app? If an app, what are you looking to control?

sorry im a newbie here dont know pls post in the right section what i meant is a bluetooth controller like ipega moga
 
No worries. :)

I've moved to the Accessories area.

I don't have a Note 3, but when I need a controller, the old PS3/Ps2 Sixaxis does me fine.

What's your budget?
