As long as it's a reputable company like Sandisk or Samsung, you'll be fine with either one.

Just a bit of a public service to my fellow Android enthusiasts:
Do
NOT be tempted to buy low-priced, no name memory cards! I don't care how much memory the card claims to have or how low the price is. I present this just as an example of what's out there:
LOW PRICED 128GB microSD CARD
Note how many have been sold!
Here's what happens in ALMOST ALL cases: an unscrupulous, nameless company buys tons of generic, low-capacity cards. Maybe 2GB, 4GB or (if you're lucky) 8GB. Then the coding in the card is rewritten to reflect a capacity of 128GB. When you put it in your phone or computer, it'll tell you all day long that it has 128GB. However, nothing changes the fact that its
actual capacity is much, much less.
Then you start using the card to store apps, photos, videos, files, etc. Everything will be fine... until you reach the physical limit of the memory. Since the card was rewritten to indicate a false capacity, you likely won't get a "memory card full" warning. But all of a sudden your precious photos, videos, apps and files will just disappear. They cannot and will not write to the card. Or perhaps older files will vanish to make room for the new stuff. At any rate, the files that are important to you will vaporize into thin air, with no hope of ever recovering them.
You will probably be confused, angry and upset... and might likely blame your device for not saving the data. Well, there's simply nowhere on the card to save it. It's like having a 5-liter bucket, marking the outside of the bucket with "20 Liters" and saying it's a 20-liter bucket. No matter what you do, however, that bucket will never hold more than 5 liters.
In summary, there is no way that, right now, you can buy a 128GB card for under $50-75 USD unless it's a phenomenal sale from a major manufacturer. Expect to pay for good, reliable memory... but if you're going to put money into your device, make sure that a reputable memory card is at the top of the list.
I hope this helps someone out there avoid a mistake that far too many people make, and quickly live to regret.
